Onto the bad news, I won't be encoding and uploading anymore WordGirl episodes. Encoding and uploading takes a surprising amount of time, which is becoming more precious to me as other commitments battle for it, leaving me to both watch and organize the struggle, a struggle that is both rewarding and tiring. I am sorry about delaying my promise by a few months, keeping promises is what I always try to do.

ReplyDeleteaww. :( I've only recently gotten back into WordGirl, and I was upset to find that you've stopped uploading the episodes, but I understand about other more pressing things that like to occupy time... It'll be hard to find another place to download WordGirl. But, I will survive.
ReplyDeleteI came to comment mainly because I was intrigued as to your methods of encoding and uploading. I've been looking into trying it for some other programs, but I can't get a very definite answer from anywhere.
Anyway, what TV service do you use to capture the episodes, and how do you encode them to your harddrive?
