WordGirl 3x02 Granny and Clyde / Too Loud Crew is up! I got a good recording the first time around, so I was able to encode and upload it earlier than expected. Looks like PBS is going with the Spanish audio track this season. You can check it out with the rest of the downloads below.

Wonderful. I now officially love this blog; it begs for more visitors. Whenever anyone asks me where I get my WordGirl downloads, I will refer them here. Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Furrtwo!
ReplyDeleteI just checked out your YouTube channel with the same name. I hope a certain company won't take you down like it did with my account! I also noticed the aspect ratio was a little wrong for the videos. I think I read something about you using Windows Movie Maker. I can recommend a freeware program where you won't have to re-encode the video file and just trim the video. Or if you prefer WMM, see if there is a setting where they will let you change or keep the video's resolution.
Ah, I just found out a potential way to change the resolution. Here's a forum topic about it: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/Forums/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=62323
ReplyDeleteA quote: "See www.papajohn.org > Saving Movie > Custom WMV Profiles. Also, be sure your project is set to 16:9 mode (Tools > Options > Advanced, aspect ratio.)"
Oh, thanks so much! I visited the forum and the video quality definitely improved. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!
ReplyDeleteFurrtwo, I noticed your comment a bit late! You're welcome, and I'm glad that information was able to help. =)
